Sales Manager
Responsibility
- Manage sales team ( 10 staffs) to follow up plan and report timely to management.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and exixting market.
- Be as a representative to coordinate with local distributors, customers (Key End Users – Cement Plants and Power Plants etc.) in Retail and Wholesale Vietnamese market.
- Collect and analyze competitors’s sales/marketing and pricing information for stategy making and action plans.
- Perform market research, and collect information and news regarding coal market in Vietnamese market.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue; analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Survey about conference or trade show related to coal in related Vietnamese market.
- Collect information regarding coal power plants, cement plants, big boiler users, giant coal traders and other end-users.
- Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
- Perform the market activity regarding coal market in Vietnam.
Qualification
- Male/Female – age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years work experience in Export Coal Sales or related commodity production into abroad.
- Good in English communication.
Able to work under high pressure
